This processor is most useful while you are editing or testing a workflow, helping you spin up test profiles to see how the flow behaves. When you go live, create a campaign and pick the profiles you want to run, which you manage on the Profile page
Profiles created with this processor are not stored in the local database and exist only for workflow testing
